UNEDA is a pre-owned network dealers community comprised of more than 300 members. Our commitment is to provide a safe trading environment for end-users and other dealers alike with high quality standards in testing, warranty and post-sale assistance.

UNEDA is also committed to eradicating counterfeit equipment from the marketplace. We work closely with law-enforcement officials domestically and internationally to report such fraud. We do not endorse, condone or accept the sale of counterfeit or illegally obtained equipment. This is stated in our Code of Ethics document which is signed by each and every member prior to their acceptance into UNEDA. To view this document, please click here.

If you have found that your vendor has violated any term of the Code of Ethics document, you may proceed to fill out Ethics Complaint form. This will initiate a complaint against your vendor and (if all other processes fail) will go to the Disputes Resolution Committee for an unbiased hearing. Findings may be posted to the UNEDA members.
